Small Lake City Podcast Raffle – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in the raffle ("Raffle") hosted by Small Lake City Podcast ("Podcast"). By participating in the Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other rules or guidelines provided in connection with the Raffle. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

  • The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and family members of Small Lake City Podcast are not eligible to participate.

  • The Raffle starts on September 21, 2024 and ends on September 28, 2024.

2. How to Enter

  • Participants can enter the Raffle by purchasing tickets on the Podcast's website at www.smalllakepod.com. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can make.

  • All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MDT on September 28, 2024 to be eligible.

3. Prizes

The prizes for the Raffle are as follows:

  • Two tickets to a Hans Zimmer concert

  • Two tickets to the RedWest Music Festival

  • A portrait by artist John Darley

  • A shirt signed by the Olympic ice skating team

  • Lunch with Blake Moderzitski

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted.

4. Winner Selection

  • The drawing will be conducted by Erik Nilsson of the Small Lake City Podcast. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 28, 2024.

  • Winners will be announced on Instagram at @smalllakepod and notified via email.

5. Prize Claim

  • Winners must claim their prize within 5 days of receiving notification. If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, an alternate winner may be selected, or the prize may be forfeited at the discretion of the Podcast.

6. Taxes and Fees

  • Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes or fees associated with the prize. Small Lake City Podcast will not cover or reimburse any costs or taxes related to the prize.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating in the Raffle, you agree to release and hold harmless Small Lake City Podcast, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Raffle or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

  • The Podcast is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other problems that may affect the ability to enter or win the Raffle.

8. Publicity

  • By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Small Lake City Podcast to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements on Instagram and other social media platforms, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Modification of Terms

  • Small Lake City Podcast reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle or these Terms at any time without notice at its sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
